Whether you're planning a small gathering or a large event, our catering menu offers a range of meats, sides, sauces by the pound along with bread options. Use our portion recommendations to ensure you have the right amount for each guest. Please note a 48-hour notice is required for meat orders over 2 lbs.
Meats by the Pound (Sauce Not Included): Choose from Pulled Pork, Sliced Beef Brisket, Burnt Ends, Pulled Chicken, Smoked Turkey Breast, and Full Rack Ribs.
Sides by the Pound: Options include Baked Beans, Green Beans, Buttered Sweet Corn, 3 Cheese Mac & Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Homemade Chips, Coleslaw, and Potato Salad.
BBQ Sauces: Available in 8 oz or 1 lb sizes, with flavors including Sweet Baby Ray’s, Sugar buzz, slow burn, Holy Habanero, Carolina Mustard, and more.
Bread Options: Cornbread, Hush Puppies, Jalapeno Hush Puppies, Rolls with Butter, and Buns.
Portion Recommendations
Dinner & Sides: Approximately 6 oz per person.
Sandwiches: Approximately 4 oz per person.
Homemade Chips: Approximately 3 oz per person.
